Information we collect
When you submit a website form, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, company, role, inquiry type, and message details.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, route it internally, and keep a record of business communications.
Where it goes
Form submissions may be delivered to Advius by email and Slack notification. We do not sell form submission information.
Analytics and session recording
We use Google Analytics 4 and PostHog to understand how visitors use the website. These tools record standard technical information (pages viewed, links clicked, form starts, form submissions, referring source, general location, device and browser type) so we can improve the site and measure whether our content is useful.
PostHog also records anonymous session replays of on-page behavior. All text you type into forms is masked before it leaves your browser, so form contents are never captured in a replay. Replays on the privacy policy and terms of use pages are disabled entirely.
If you submit the contact form, we link your session to your inquiry using a randomly generated submission ID so we can see the pages that led to a conversation. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors who do not submit a form.
You can opt out of Google Analytics site-wide by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can opt out of PostHog by enabling “Do Not Track” in your browser or by contacting us at the email below.
Cookies
The website uses a small number of cookies set by Google Analytics and PostHog to distinguish repeat visits from new ones and to keep session information together. These cookies do not carry personal information and are not used for advertising. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings.
What not to submit
Do not submit confidential candidate, client, compensation, health, financial, or other sensitive information through the website form.
